GWE can you also post your version numbers as poster above did?
Laxdude yes your versions are behind somewhat which could be your ISP QAing the changes themselves.
Got it. Thanks. That what I suspected, but I appreciate your confirming.

Ok will report this in our metting tomorrow.
Just to confirm TB anti spam was working ie it marked spams as spams and placed them in folder? Does mark as spam work now or before?
What is your Operating sysyem and Service pack?
I assume TB selected in Security centre Anti-spam toolbar section of anti spam area?
Message was edited by: Peacekeeper on 1/03/11 6:44:31 AMIt was working perfectly for a time but stopped working. I do not recall doing /installing/upgrading anything that caused this. I have windows XP-pro sp3. All settings in Mcafee are correct-TB selected etc.
The only thing that now does anything in anti-spam is when I mark a message as not spam it displays the prior e-mail in the inbox and then goes back to the e-mail I just marked as not spam. None of the other things work-ie-show verdict etc.
Ok passing this on as I do not use TB so cannot test it
OK is this TB 3.1.7 or 3.17?
Also any1 else having issues
TB 3.1.7
Thanks thought the 3.17 was a tad new.
I do not suppose you would consider an uninstall reinstall test?
If interested use the MCPR tool as per
http://service.mcafee.com/FAQDocument.aspx?lc=1033&id=TS100507
Reboot and reinstall after running

Normally I would, however, the "junk" filter in TB is very good and pretty much eliminates the need for anti-spam as an additional program. I suspect the adaptave junk filter will only improve as TB updates come out. I am quite content simply using the built in free Junk filter in TB and not even using the anti-spam. I think that with McAfee taking so long to fix this issue (is it even fixed?) some folks have found other ways to deal with spam.
Thanks-I would try solutions that are less of a pain in the butt factor
