The tool bar doesn't show up in Inbox sub folders

Jump to solution

I use Outlook Express. I monitor several e-mail accounts. I have several filters set up to funnel e-mail from specific accounts into certain folders. When I am in a folder ... such as "Daughter" ,which houses my daughter's e-mail account ...I can not mark an e-mail as Spam ...the tool bar buttons are grayed out and when I right click, the McAfee Antispam choices are also grayed out. I found that I can move the spam to the main Inbox and McAfee catches it right away. Is there any way to have the program work in the sub folders? Am I missing a setting somewhere. Chat Tech Support was of no use. I'm using OE6

Currently we have such a limitation and work on extending full functionality to all relevant folders.
