For some time it is impossible to manually label emails in my inbox as spam by using the Mc toolbar
McAfee reports errors that this action is possible in the current folder.
The McAfee support could not solve the problem.
Also, the new support level 2 could not solve the problem. His finding was that MC Antispam is unable to monitor more than email account in Outlook.
Unbelievable.
I have checked this with only one email account with both Outlook and Thunderbird. Did not work anyway.

Hansi

Message was edited by: spc3rd on 2/27/12 5:07:14 PM ESTHi Pete,
Thank you for your message. The link mentioned in the topic is not my problem.
I can´t mark spam emails via the McAfee toolbar and not move the spam folder of the Inbox.
And the question is in this context, whether it is really true that in Outlook 2010 (Office Professional) only one email account can be monitored by McAfee Total Protection.
Hi again Hansi45!
Thanks very much for posting back with those screenshots. I'm sorry the information at that link was not related to your issue. It was mainly a long shot at best.
At this point, the best thing is to wait for one of the more knowledgeable members, Moderators or McAfee staff to review your post. Hopefully, it won't be long before someone can provide you with a solution to the problem you are having.
Good luck!
Will ask a Mcaffe AS staffer to look in we mods have not outlook available so cannot test this.

thank you very much for Your interim report.
Wish this was in English but will see what the tech says
The german note reads:
"This action can not be performed in the current Outlook folder"
Ok thanks as it is the weekend in the US I do not expect a reply yet.
Hallo,
ok, thank you. This was also the response that have been told by chat.
I think that You had given me this answer already by chat last week..
I accept note of that.
But then I do not understand the following:
With my second license I have configured my laptop with just one email account (one of the desktop email accounts).
Here appears the same error. Might be a different problem, right?
