What version of Internet Explorer are you using?
Today I have install new official IE 9 and now I have this problem on my computers.
Also I have other problem McAfee SiteAdvisor Toolbar has disappeared from a window of a browser IE 9.

Regarding SiteAdvisor, there's a KB article here: http://service.mcafee.com/faqdocument.aspx?id=TS101144. Short version: we're rolling out an automatic update to SiteAdvisor. If you haven't received it yet, you can manually update it via a quick download.
We'll have an automatic update to address the anti-spam issue shortly.
After installing of this file https://sadownload.mcafee.com/products/SA/IE/upgrade/3.3.1/32/saUpgrade32.exe

Hi btrombley,
Thank you for trying to help me.
Internet Explorer IE 9 RC
Hi rafshm,
Could you please go to http://www.siteadvisor.com and click on "free Download" and try to re-install Site Advisor and restart your computer. It may help in your case. I have no issue with Site Advisor on my IE 9 RC
I have tested your variant, but I have old result - I do not see McAfee SiteAdvisor Toolbar in a window of my IE 9, but
it functions.
The toolbar is probably hidden. In IE, open the Tools window (it looks like a gear in the top right corner), then click on Manage Add-Ons. There should be two entries for McAfee SiteAdvisor. Make sure both of them are enabled.
