texted this to McAfee support but no answer, anybody please help!


My girlfriend bought a McAfee Renewal a couple of days before it expired. (For €65,95) and the day after I bought it, a second amount (€109,95) went AUTOMATICALLY (direct debit, domicilation) out of my bank account. I have never turned auto-renewal on and now I paid 2 seperate amounts.. I paid for a year extra and the price of 2 years has automatically decreased from my bank account. So I actually paid for 3 years instead (hypothetically), But I wanted 1 year (which I paid for)..

So I would like to have my subscription for 1 year as I have payed before and my €109,95 back on my bank account.
