Hi,
I have tried these last days to go on service.mcafee.com but it simply does not load (some html code load but it is a white page).
I tried from Macbook (Chrome & Safari, incl. private browsing & emptied cache), Dell Win10 as well as from iOS, on Wi-Fi and 5G. It always leads to a white page.
I am connecting from Belgium.
I guess if it was worldwide, for several days, you guys would have noticed it and fix it by know but I am short of explaination.
Any idea how to fix this? Other users are experiencing it as well?

Yeah same problem here. If you take a look at my profile you will see that i'm dealing with it for the past 2 days. Finnaly i had hope today morning when they messaged me for my phone number to call back. Also they mentioned to write hours that i'm able to talk. Guess did they call me back? No. Is the problem still there? Yes. I'm tired of this, such a huge company and no responsibility at all. I said to myself if the website is not fixed till tommorow or any call or message i'll reach out to some higher authorities..
Update they called me back 1.5h hours later than i asked. Luckily the refund was initiated and i'm waiting for the money.
