refund request

today i was chared 95 for the total protecton ,i had turned off auto renewal because unfortunatly the product does not work with my device and it is to expensive for me to afford at the moment. i have been on the phone trying to connect with someone to help but i have been on hold for well over 30 minutes. 

i just want a refund and to make sure i dont get charged again in the future.
