refound request

I was not aware that auto renewal was on. I would like to get a refund for what was charged to my card. Also, i tried to call the number for the refunds mentioned at the customer service, im from Greece and the number doesnt exist. Can anyone help with my problem?

Correct me if I'm wrong but I want to ask some questions. When I paid the first time as well as the second, it was not preceded by telephone communication but communication by mail. Why can't money be returned by mail? Also, I would not like to be charged for a phone abroad as I live in Greece. It is also inconvenient to write in a foreign language to communicate with you. Furthermore to talk on the phone. Thank you for your reply.
