probleme with mcafee

i'have this probleme when i install mcafee please help

Hi,

Thanks for confirming ,

Click start – run type regsvr32 jscript.dll and click ok

regsvr32 vbscript.dll and click ok

Note : there is a space after regsvr32

Close all programs run the Mcpreinstall tool from  http://download.mcafee.com/products/licensed/cust_support_patches/McPreInstall.exe and start installing again

Can you confirm the following information ,
What is the computer’s operating system ?
How old is this computer ?
