May I know whether we replied back to the email I sent sent you, as I m waiting for fixing an appointment with you on the same, I have sent you a private message right away with this if you have not received the earlier mail. Please have it replied so that we could proceed .

O.k Dinz, I have sent you the info.This is insane.This has been going on for over a month.I talked tromine he said he would have someone look at it.Then 1 week went by nothing!Then i talked to him again & recieved an E-mail with a phone number to call and leave my info again nothing!Should this process be that difficult?For Mcafee to take 3 weeks to get in touch with a customer that has a problem is crazy.Plus I should`nt say 3 weeks because i`m not sure if i`ll even be contacted yet.As a long time costumer i find this to be a horrible chain of events.This is basically giving me the run around.I have seen many people talk about the Mcafee run around,but hav`nt been lucky enough to experiance it until this month.I would appreciate help for a product that i paid for that has`nt worked properly since the great April update.                                                Thank you  Jack
