McAfee! What happened in this review ? seriously im now confused
is there some things wrong in thes review ?
languy99 review McAfee Internet Security 2012 :
I hate to tell him but he's reviewing the current 2011 product. Just because marketing stick a 2012 label on the boxes in advance doesn't mean it's that version. This is a long time bone of contention between us Moderators and technicians and the marketing department at McAfee that decide these things. The actual 2012 product isn't even in beta testing yet so no one has a copy to review.
Peter is right 2012 comes out well after the new year.Although languy`s review certainly exposes some flaws in the version that most Mcafee users have currently.
...which we don't need reminding of....;-)
This isn't the first one I've seen either. I already emailed CNET about theirs but really it's up to McAfee to clear the misunderstanding.

I had the same problem with that engine .
Mr Ex_Brit are you sure this time ?
I hope you right !!
new features mean= new version !!
I am sure. The 2012 product hasn't been released even to beta testers yet. The marketing department really need their heads examining.
I'll probably get hell for saying that but it's true.
By the way some of those features have been part of the software for a while now and others are included in the latest builds of 2011.
