entered a wrong account while buying a mcaffe subscription, and I can't activate my subscription.

I just bought a new McAffe plan, and I made a typo while typing my email. at the bottom of the website it said that I should right click on the McAffe icon and press "Verify Subscription" after doing so, a message says  "McAffe has Verified your Subscription" appeared, but on the account details it says that I have one day left until expiry date. I tried contacting customer support, but any site related to the support won't open at all, even the FAQ section. how can I activate my subscription? The purchase was successful, and the money was withdrawn from my bank account.
