Virtual Tech can't run

I am trying to use the virtual technician which had been working on this vista computer before but I get the message " Unable to get product data from the server try again" which I do with no luck. Security centre shows I am protected, any ideas?

I have now uninstalled VT cleaned registry reinstalled VT and it now works.
