I have been trying to call for the last week to cancel a subscription I never signed up for. I also would like a refund for the software due to this issue. I only had the device for a short time and never confirmed an auto renewal or subscription. If this issue could be taken care of immediately I would appreciate it. Every time I click the support link in other posts it takes me back to the exact same page to start over again. If someone could reach me by phone or email to solve this issue I would really appreciate it.
I was shocked to discover this morning that I had "agreed" to auto renew and even more shocked that £59.99 has been taken from account.
I no longer have the device that the software was used on and would therefore like a refund. I have tried calling, however have been kept on hold for way too long. Surely there must be another way of arranging this?
