Unable to run a scan

When I try to run a scan with this it shows an error message that says "Couldn't load script:misp://::ScanRunning.js". I have tried restarting my computer, but it does not seem to be working. Can someone help me?

Actually there seem to be several scripts that can not be loaded.

I have exactly the same problem. Could somebody help? I've already tried virtual technician and it doesn't work. And McAfee chat assistance doesn't work as well. They refer me to the virtual technician first and then use the chat, but the chat doesn't work even after I've already run virtual technician.

I had similar problem some few hours ago. But the simplest solution which worked for me is to install the McAfee software all over again. This becomes much easier as the real time scanning is always off at that moment.

I've already done it and it didn't work.
