Unable to get my account to transfer & activate on a new computer

Can someone please help?  My current acct is still active from my previous computer.  Can I transfer my current subscription to my new computer?  How do I do this?

1. How many licences available ie 1 used from 3 or was it only 1?

2. That said if it was 1 you can remove the software ie via windows removal then the MCPR tool. This removes the Pc from the account. If you just trashed the PC hard disk well things might not work as well. steps here

You then reinstall it on your new PC.
