My wife and I recently decided to not renew our McAfee subscriptions. To the best of our knowledge, this was done BEFORE any subscription renewal date was reached. However, we got a bank charge for my wife's account.
So we tried contacting McAfee via several telephone numbers listed on the internet and we have been totally unable to contact anyone. Instead we've been "put on hold" for 20-30 minutes in each of the attempts, at least 4 or more of times we've tried.
Can someone respond to this post with contact information that will work?
