This 5958 problem cost me countless hours with dell last week at the cost of $123.00. I want to be paid. This shut my office down. They should be grateful that is all I want. This is thier problem caused by thier product. It was a unbelievable.

Is Mcfee going to pay me 123.00 dollars Dell charged me last week when 5958 shut my office down? They better. They should be grateful this is all I want?

Yep - we all seem to be in the same boat.

But since I arrived with this problem, it looks like McAfee are responding to claims,  look around the forum there does appear to be a protocol.

I took my machine to the repairers,  I couldn't see the connection between a DAT update and windows failing.
