Sorry for the inconvenience caused. This seems to possible certificate issue. Please try with below steps and check for the same.
- Open McAfee support website
- Export certificate and import the same from advanced settings in default browser.
- Add certificate under trusted publishers.
- Restart browser and check for the same.
Under Internet explorer follow this steps
- Add McAfee.com under compatibility view settings.
- goto internet options>advanced>security settings.
- Uncheck publisher and server certificate revocation.
- Uncheck SSL and TLS values.
Now restart the browser and try accessing McAfee website. If this steps worked, then you should be able to access McAfee support page.
