Subscription

I have pais for a subscription, which shows up in my bank statement as having been paid to Mcafee.

But I do not have the service.

I have contacted McAfee several times through chat , then been promised a followup phone call. The phone call never arrives.Yesterday I did get a phone call, but was cut off.

The toll free number never worked.

Today I got 2 messages from McAfee saying this was my last chance to have my issues resolved.None of the links provided worked

I am beyond any optimism that McAfee intends to resolve the issue.

I realise I have been scammed, and will advise everyone I know to have nothing to do with this very shonkily run company.My money can't be recovered , but at least I know what a miserable company this is and will avoid at all costs
