Requesting a Refund

I was unaware I had autorenewal turned on, and my subscription autorenewed. I no longer have the computer that McAfee was needed on, so I would like a refund please. I wish there were an easier way to contact McAfee about his, but using the forum or calling are the only ways I have seen available.
