I'm so frustrated with the auto renewal which I did not agree upon .
My credit card was charged without my consent.
Trying to call customer service but the number is wrong and not in service.
PLEASE REFUND .

to access private message sent by moderator do as follows;
if you are logged in to this community you will see an envelop/mailicon next to your username right upperside.
if you click on this envelop/mailicon you will see the private message overthere.
click on message to open and below of openend message is a reply button ect.
if you don't see this envelop/mailicon try using Edge or Firefox browser.
i am using Edge browser and envelop/mail icon is visible and working. another user that was using different browser switched to Firefox and was working.

i would like to ask if you could check the following perhaps;
1. if you rightclick on your desktop of your computer and click for display settings is this set to 100 % ?
if so than could you check the following setting;
2. if you click on your username right upperside and select my settings.
select from upperline ; preferences
next from second line select Private Messenger
you see Turn on private messenges and Receive email notifications ect.
are both enabled ?

if you use your phone to access this community change using laptop/desktop computer
if this still is of no help you could try the following;
if you click on the moderator name AvinasP on the leftside somewhat up of this topic you can sent a private message from your end to the moderator.
when clicked on the name you will see on the rightside ; sent a private message
click on this and mention your private emailadres as contact and mention that you can not access private message in community.
also include link of this topic as reference of message sent.

I did not receive any call though I have left my contact info and etc in my previous message replying to their request from me.
please be informed that, I do not wish to receive any calls from now since I am always in meeting/ at work and too busy to answer calls
Kindly just refund the renewal fee to my credit card. ( I DID NOT AGREE ON AUTO RENEWAL)
Also, please guide me on how to stop the auto renewal subscription for future.
