Request a refund

The subscription auto-renewed in April which my last year's yearly one ends on 22/05/2022. They auto-renewed 30 days earlier before it expires. The price was super high at 136.39$. I would never ever pay this price for anti-virus. So  I asked  the refund since April and May , tried contact them , however , can never reach them via the phone numbers . No emails can reach them as well . I am elegible to get my refund in 60 days as writen in the contract or licence (whatever they call it). But no any solution in refund!!! Is there anyone who get the refund here ? And how ? If there is no solution before the 60 days expires , I am planing to start court procedures. If anyone wants to join me as claimant  please let me know . We must defend for ourselves.

I want to refund. You guys charged $100 bucks without my permission. I WANT MY MONEY BACK !!!
