Request a refund

Hi Mcafee team,

My subscription was automatically renewed on December 9, but I can't afford it at this price, and I don't want to use your product anymore. 

I want to make a refund, but I can't call support. How I can make a refund without phone calls such as email, social network...

Your prompt reply will be appreciated.

Hello,

 

I made this same request last Wednesday and I still have received no reply from the McAfee Support Team.  Yet I have seen several other customers with the same issue and they have had replies sent to them and/or refunds issued.  Please respond to my request ASAP.

I purchased a year and then my subscription auto renewed, so I was charged twice.  I need a refund for one of those payments.
