I am also having this issue.  

I've called the customer support line twice today, and was on-hold for over 45 minutes each time. Nobody answered.

I turned-off auto-renewal because I no longer have the device the McAfee was supporting.  But my credit card has pending charges for subscription renewal. 

Unsure what to do.

a mcafee moderator will notice your posting better.

Dear team,



Like any others in this forum. My account was renewed automatically and i want to request a refund since McAfee email said that it is refundable as long as before 60days from the invoice date. I have tried many other ways - call the support and there was no answer, same with the live chat support.

Could anyone help me for this or kindly refer me to someone who could help me for this matter ?

Hello, i have the same problem.
I have called the McAfee services several times, but no effect, so was the live chat with the customer support. I want to cancel my subscription due to it's price, because it's three times as much as the first price one year ago. I hope you can fix this soon.

@Kumar_suman Hello, I got an auto renewal too and received a subscription fee, I want to cancel my subscription please because it is very expensive and I read that I can get a refund if the auto renew purchase is under 60 days from purchase. I could only call the customer support but it seems to work only in USA and I can't make any contact with the customer support, phone numbers aren't working and no one answers. I'll be very happy if you can help me please.

Auto renewal refund request

Dear McAfee Support, 

Please help me with a refund of the money taken from my account for subscription autorenewal. 

I live in Poland, and it seems impossible to get through to any support here. It is very daunting. 

Please can anyone contact me directly, and I then provide all the details.
