To whom it may concern,
I just received an e-mail from McAfee this morning to say I have been billed for renewal of Security for my laptop for another year.
I would like a refund for this straightaway as I do not wish to renew for another year. I never realised that it was automatic renewal and that I would be billed a month in advance of my renewal without my consent!
I wish to cancel my subscription when it expires on the 15th February 2022.
Please confirm my refund at the earliest opportunity.
