Request Refund for Auto-renewal

Hello, I got charged for Autorenewal, it was very expensive. I want to cancel and get a refund, please. I tried to contact customer support, but they're only the contact phone number was not working for my country (I am in Thailand). I saw that I could get a refund for the auto-renewal annual subscription 60 days from purchase.

I am not good at English, would you contact me via online chat and email instead of by calling.

Can you please help me.

There is just only a phone number, no other options for getting a refund?. In case I'm not good at English and your service phone number can not call from my country, what can I do?
