Hello,
I have been charged twice USD 159.99, in December 2021 and January 2022, for automatic renewals. I would like to request a refund for those as I do not wish to renew. I tried contacting the support through the chat and have been said someone would call me back. Since then I did not receive any call.
Furthermore, the aforementioned renewals are for subscriptions on the same device. Over the last years I have been double charged for protection on a single device. At the time I already opened a ticket that stayed unanswered for months.
Would it please be possible to sort these things out ?
