Refund

My subscription got an auto-renewal even though I wasn’t aware of this. I have turned the auto renewal option off but there was still an invoice receipt of the renewal. Now I would like a refund for the amount that was charged. Please help me with this

The link you gave me just directed me to the Contact Support page which said to contact them via their phone number. Unfortunately, I couldn't call this number no matter how many times I tried.

I read some similar posts with the same problem on the discussion board and saw that the mod can send a private message to customers. Afterwards, the customers can fill out their subscription info and get a refund. Could you do the same and send me a private message?
