I want to request a refund due to an unexpected – and expensive – Auto-renewal because I hadn't deactivated McAfee product subscription in time. Contacting the customer service via phone doesn’t work for me.

I have been calling 1-866-622-3911 and McAfee Consumer Support but have not received a response from either of them. There is another possible solution? Please, for your support, provide a refund for my subscription the soonest.
