Refund

Does anyone have any suggestions of how to obtain a refund? I let my subscription autorenew by mistake and wish to avail of the 60-day cancelation policy, but can't contact an agent. They haven't responded to me on Twitter or Facebook, and I get no answer whenever I ring. Their AI chat is unhelpful and they provide no email address to contact them.
