So apparently I have been being charged for McAfee for years on a computer I don't even have anymore. I have been on the phone for almost an hour waiting for someone to help process a refund for a subscription that was autorenewed last week. Please help

I have the same issue - charged for a renewal on a PC that will no longer even boot-up.
The McAfee customer support page says call wait times are 5-10 minutes.
I've been on hold for more than 45-mins at this point.
