I did not receive any informative email about my contract renewal, it was renewed on 17.01, I immediately contacted you (I have emails to prove it). I demanded refund, I still have no answer. Please refund my money back. I do not need a year subscription..

My new subscription will starting from 21st Feb 2022, but I don't need it as I have no longer any devices using McFee. As you changed my credit card on 5th of Feb, l had no chance to stop the payment. Please refund the amount which you charged me as I will not have need from new subscription.
