Refund request

Hi, I have called every day for the past month looking for a refund for an automatic renewal on a device I no longer have. I always end up on hold and no one answers. It is very unprofessional and extremely inconvenient. Please advise me as to how I can get my refund.

Hi Team,

 

I would like to request for a refund too as I no longer have the device., the account was auto renewed yesterday. It's very hard to reach out to your customer service, I was on hold for more than 10 mins.
