Refund request South Africa

I would really appreciate help with the "request a refund process".

I have tried calling and chat bots but nothing seems to work. I have even posted a question on this forum and still I'm not getting any assistance. I am well with my 30 day period and if nothing comes from request I'll be approaching my bank to reverse the transaction.

Hi @Hari_durairaj
I have tried calling the consumer support number numerous times and it does not go through. It says the number does not exist.
The link is also not helpful as it ultimately gives another number which is designated for corporate clients.
