Refund please!

Please assist with cancelling my automated renewed subscription from January and refund, reference code CS2932270353 (I am within the 60 days). I was supposed to cancel but since I did not get any reminder, I did not remember cancel on time. It does not seem possible to reach customer service any other way than phone and I do not have credits to call!
