Refund please!

My account was auto-renewed and I don't wish it to be. I've canceled the auto-renewal, but would like to cancel the account altogether and get a refund on the amount just paid please.

Hi good evening, I need to request a refund for a subscription renewal where I do not agree I am from Guatemala and the customer service number provided I cannot call so I request it by this means
