Refund for unexpected autorenewal

I was unaware that my account was set for autorenewal and money was drafted from my account unknowingly. I have been trying to process a refund, but customer support is not answering the phone. I've tried calling several times with no luck. I am left on hold for half an hour when the expected wait is 5-10 minutes.
