Refund for Auto Renewal from Singapore

Hi McAfee Team

I was just charged for an auto-renewal subscription (AUD189.95) which I had turned off months ago. I tried all means to contact McAfee for a refund but nothing worked. I tried the number they gave me, tried the virtual assistant, and looked for a chat support function but nothing worked at all. 

Could anyone please help me out?
