Refund Request

Hi,

I would like a refund for the auto renewal amount please? I have another subscription under another email address.

I have tried requesting refund online but this does not work. I have tried to request refund through the chat support/virtual assistant and this does not work. The phone number given does not work for me.  I sent through a request online but it says the service is now closed (although the hours are 24/7??

Can this refund be processed please?
