Refund Request

Hello, I am looking to get a refund for a recently charged renewal. The renewal was very unexpected as I haven't used this subscription in quite a few years. I get free anti-virus software through work. Please help me with a refund. I tried calling but was on hold for over an hour before I gave up.

I never received a call back with regards to this. Please help me get a refund. I cant get through on the help center call line. I don't even know what account the charge is associated with so I couldn't even use it if I wanted to.
