Refund Request Please!

Hello,

I have been on hold for over an hour and no one has answered the phone. I need to request a refund for my auto-renewal. I was not aware my auto renewal was on and I no longer have the device I was using McAfee for. Please help!!

Hello, I have the same story. Never checked auto-renewal and today I got charged 106eur. Please give me refund.
