I want to submit a refund for my 1 year subscription which was auto-renewed today. It was an unexpected auto-renewal because I actually wanted to end my subscription, especially the new price is too expensive for me. Can anyone here help me to get my refund? Since there is no option other than phone call/chat which I can't make it because I am based in Indonesia.
Please assist me on this, thank you in advance.

Well, I have contacted the Consumer Support but they said I need to wait to get a call from McAfee which didn't I get so far.
Is there any other solutions which I can do, maybe like filling a refund form or something else?
