REFUND

I have an unexpected renewal for a product that I have not used for some time. Wanting to know the process of getting a refund. It's been within in the 30 and 60 day period. I have tried calling several times and no one will ever pick up and I have been on hold for periods of hours waiting for someone to answer my call.
