After the recent problems I did everything that I was advised to do, but now I can't reinstall my software protection.
I held on the phone for half an hour and on live chat and could not wait any longer.
Please help as I don't know what else to do, it is driving me crazy

yes I have tried every thing and no luck with any thing
I don't have any protection, i tried to ring the helpline and got no answer after waiting for over an hour !
It says current watiting time 5 to 1`0 minutes but it closes at 1800 hrs.
I would try again.
I know it closes at 6pm, I waited for an hour before, and I also did on line chat help and never got a reply either!
this is ridiculous, there is no help coming from mcafee, I am seriosuly thinking about cancelling my subscription!
How do i go about cancelling and getting a refund please?
There were problems yesterday with the BT servers which prevented people connecting to some McAfee servers but according to other threads here it's been fixed.
Does BT supply the software or do you have an online account here?

The dialogue box says "we arehaving trouble installing your mcafee software, click ok and wait a moment while we fix the issue, once fixed we will automatically continue your installation where it left off"
I have wireless connection,

I have tried all browsers to try and install the softeware,googlechrome,firefox, ie 8 and 9
Kindly Verify whether Java is installed and up-to-date
