Problems Scanning

I'm having problems with my McAfee.

I have Total Protection with SiteAdvisor Plus.

The Icon is there, but when I click nothing happens.

The Box comes up as a Blank White Box, with nothing on it at all?

So I can't do any Scans or anything.

Are you using the Home version or the Enterprise version of McAfee programs . If you are not sure , please click on this link here document and let us know the details
