About a week ago my subscription ran out and today for reasons I won't go into I needed to reinstall Windows which means I need to reinstall Total Protection. I don't have a disk as the purchase was by e-mail from Amazon so I tried reinstalling it from my account page on this website. I put in the serial number but it says my subscription has run out and won't allow me to go any further. I know it's run out but I just want to reinstall the software. I tried doing the same from my Amazon software library page but it gets to the same point and won't allow me to go any further.
Does anyone know how to resolve this please?
