Possible Fraudulant Email

I just received an email saying that my McAfee Pc Protection subscription has been renewed for nearly 500 dollars. Not only do I not even use PC, I had to create an account just to post this.  When I tried to call the number given in the email, they kept sending me to different sites and download programs I never heard of.  Is there any way to report them or make sure that my money is not withdrawn?  I have pictures of the email if you need me to upload them.

Beware of scammer posing to be McAfee charging $399.99 to your account for auto-renewal
