Please Refund-I did not want to Renew

Last year I purchased a subscription because my computer was moving extremely slowly. It slowed things down more so I disabled it. I have not used it since last January. I did not want it to auto-resubscribe. 

Can I please have a refund since I am within a month of the resubscription?
