Need to prevent quarantine of user-compiled content

I routinely compile Windows executable codes that conduct mathematical analyses - involve random number generation codes and custom randomness tests.  Recently, every time I compile a code, the executable disappears (gets quarantined) within a second or two.

When I try "restore" from quarantine, the file is NOT restored, and I see no way to make it "trusted".  I compile MANY different executables, and need a general solution.

What are my options here?  Thanks!
